Incentive Scheme for Case Development/Research and MDPs

•For case development and research, a provision has been made for actual cost reimbursement upto a maximum of Rs.50,000, including the cost of hiring research assistants.

•Those who have completed seven full courses of teaching in PGDM are entitled to incentive for writing cases equal to that of taking one additional course, upto a maximum of two cases. For writing cases, the incentive amount is Rs.1 lac per case, for a maximum of two cases, duly approved and accepted.

•Faculty who bring MDPs on their own but in the name of IILM CMS will be entitled to the surplus generated, if any, as per current consultancy rules.

Increment
Annual Increments are awarded based on “Annual Review” of performance as per specified proforma.

Promotion
Promotion to higher grades is made subject to the performance of the employees.
