Ph.D. Opportunity
We have signed MOUs with Loyola College, Chennai, M. L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur and Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi under which IILM CMS faculty can register for Ph.D. degree. IILM CMS’s senior and experienced faculty can also act as guide in these institutions for our faculty scholar.

Mentoring & Guidance

We have been able to develop a unique informal system of mentoring and guidance of junior faculty by our senior and experienced faculty, wherein senior faculty would as part of good practice extend all possible help in the career growth of inexperienced and junior faculty member.

Faculty Development Programs

We provide dynamic, interactive professional development opportunities for faculty and staff. Our goal is to assist instructors in discovering and sharing practical, relevant teaching strategies that lead to improved student success, retention, and satisfaction. We offer instructor-led workshops and training programs for the growth and development of faculty. Faculty members develop professionally and personally in the areas of communication skills, teaching methodologies, course design, career development and institution building.

Learning and development seminars are offered throughout the year and cover variety of topics which help in accessing and expanding skills.

Interaction With Distinguished Personalities

Distinguished speakers and researchers in India and abroad frequently come to the campus to share information and experience with our faculty .During the last year we invited among others Management Guru C.K. Prahlad (Michigan Business School), Dr.M.S Swaminathan (Distinguished agricultural scientist), Prof .William Alexander (Wharton Business School,USA), Prof.Colin Neville (Bradford University,UK),Prof. Ravishankar (Asian Institute of Technology,Bangkok) and Prof. Hume (Griffith University, Australia) .

Academic environment

IILM CMS provides an ideal and enabling environment for its faculty to grow academically. To generate and promote knowledge and to develop innovative ideas in academics faculties are encouraged to do research work, write cases and take up consultancy work. They are provided with various incentives and academic resources to encourage and facilitate their work.

Social Environment

IILM CMS recognizes the need to provide right social environment to refresh one s body and mind and to improve the quality of life. At IILM CMS major festivals are celebrated with great joy and festivities.Faculty members are encouraged to participate in various functions held at IILM CMS. Free Yoga classes are held on regular basis on the campus for the faculty and staff members.
