Corporate Feedback

As part of our efforts to continuously monitor the performance of our students, we are in constant touch with the the organizations where our alumni are currently placed. Corporate feedback about the performance of the students is extremely important for two reasons – firstly, such feedback allows us to upgrade the required skills of our students and second reason is the feedback also ensures on-going continuous rapport with the corporate. Such on-going relationship has several spin-offs for getting the consultancy projects for the faculty, summer placements and definitely the final placements.

It must be understood that inputs from the corporate is further necessary to introduce new electives and latest modern techniques of management in the curriculum. We believe that our students at CMS should be learning what would happen tomorrow rather than what has already happened. Such a reorientation of pedagogy, teaching methods and content could definitely originate from the corporate think-tanks and academicians together.

Our placement office regularly collect feedback from the companies regarding the performance of our students during summer training. The feedback is generally based on the three evaluation parameters i.e. knowledge & content, communication skills and attitude towards the organization. It is no surprise that CMS students have established themselves very well in the corporate world and some of them have risen to very responsible positions in a short span of time.
